Send in 5 Trunks Saga Booster Pack wrappers to receive a random Hi-Tech card (R1-R9). Send in 50 wrappers to receive the full set (R1-R9). Up to 45 wrappers would get you random Hi-Tech cards. Limited to 1 set per household. R10 Cell was later released and added to the promotion
