Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide! Dragon Ball Fans from all over the globe are welcome purchase items from our store, with shipping available worldwide.
USPS are our shipping provider for all orders, including both domestic and international orders, with multiple delivery options available upon checkout.
We aim to ship all completed orders out within 1-5 business days of payment. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed the following Monday. Confirmation of dispatch will be sent via email. Items are aimed to be delivered between 2 - 6 business days (US).
International orders can take between 5-10 business days from dispatched date although this can vary.
Shipping costs for all orders are based on exact weight of the individual products selected, avoiding any unnecessary costs and overpaying on checkout.
It is the customers responsibility to track any orders purchased with a tracking number. All orders purchased without tracking are ineligible for a refund should items get lost during transit.
Customs
As with most international orders, customs fees and charges may occur during the delivery process. It is the customers responsibly to accept and pay any charges that are received.
Returns
Should after receiving your item(s) you are in any way unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us via the contact page below along with your order number and we will look to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
If we are not able to resolve the issue, you have up to 28 days from the day of arrival to return your goods to us for an exchange or refund dependent on the situation.
We do not charge any additional costs to resend your goods back to you if you decide to exchange for another item.
