Description: Originally released within specially marked Dragon Ball GT Volume 2: Incubation VHS and DVD's (Release date: April 15, 2003). F2 Grand Kai's Palace came in Non-Foil, Silver and Gold. Only 1 VHS/DVD in 7 would come with a gold foil. The remaining FUNimation promo cards (F1-4) came within volumes 1-4 of Dragon Ball GT Baby Saga. F5 and F6 were due to be released in the next volumes but were unreleased
