Send in 28 booster wrappers to receive 1 through 7 non-foil Earth Dragon Ball cards, send 50 to receive Earth Dragon Ball 7 Foil only, send in 78 to receive all 7 cards and foil card. Anything less than 28 will receive random Earth Dragon Ball cards. Limited to 1 set per household. These were also given out as tournament prizes, such as the Mega Tournament at Lone Star January 26th 2002, Gamefest and Archon
